However, this glamorous showcase contrasts with persistent accusations: incitement to circumvent bans via VPN, activity in unregulated markets, and maintenance of services in countries where it has no official authorisation. Without a licence, Stake is considered an illegal casino in Belgium, and accessing it is contrary to the legislation in force, which exposes players to severe penalties.
