Bingo is a board game very popular for gatherings of friends and family. It has simple but exciting rules which have attracted a wide range of users
Introduction to bingo
Bingo is a game of chance with different possibilities with rules that are easy to understand, making it an interesting option for all audiences.
Playing bingo requires the participation of several users, each with a bingo card containing 15 different numbers placed in 3 rows and 5 columns. A presenter or automated system is required to call out the numbers that appear on the randomly chosen balls. The objective is to mark the numbers on the card as the balls appear and to be the first to complete 1 line and then the entire card to get to call “bingo“.
The first step is to buy a card. Each user can buy as many cards as they wish for one game. Then numbers will be called out randomly by the presenter or by the automatic system and users should cross off the numbers they have on their cards.
The rules of bingo can vary depending on whether it is played offline or online. In physical bingo, there are physical bingo balls and users should mark their cards by hand. In online bingo, the dynamics are similar, but the process is digital. Users acquire the cards online, and the software will automatically mark the numbers called.
Also, in online bingo there are no jackpots, each player plays a different game, and the prizes will depend on each player’s stake. However, bingo is a game of chance and it should be played responsibly and safely.
Chanting line or bingo
When “line” is called, it means all the numbers of a specific line of the card have been marked. On the other hand, “bingo” is chanted when all the numbers on the card are marked. This moment marks the end of a round. After verifying, if the numbers are correct, the player has won.
