July 2025: 6 new illegal casinos on Belgium’s Blacklist
The Belgian Gaming Commission (BGC) has added six new websites to its blacklist of illegal gambling platforms in Belgium. Among them is a fake site impersonating the well-known brand Bingoal, causing confusion among players.
The Belgian Gaming Commission (BGC) has just released an update to its list of illegal gambling sites. Six new platforms are now blocked for all Belgian players. Among the banned domains are new alternative URLs for HighFlyBet, but also bingoal-casino, using a domain name designed to make players believe they are visiting the legitimate Bingoal casino.
Six new names on the list
The illegal casinos added on July 1, 2025, are:
- bingoal-casino.be
- legiano5.com
- goldenpanda.com
- Bison.casino
- 83highflybet43.com
- 58highflybet86.com
These operators hold no valid license issued by the Belgian Gaming Commission and therefore do not comply with the legal obligations or player protection standards enforced in Belgium. Their operations violate gambling legislation and expose users to financial, technical (such as hacking or data theft), and legal risks.
Steering players toward legal options
Every addition to the blacklist aims to steer the market toward the legal offer, which is safer for consumers. The BGC continues to act as a barrier against the spread of unregulated gambling platforms that exploit users’ trust or lack of awareness. These illegal sites often operate without transparency, without betting limits, without age verification, and completely outside the Belgian tax framework.
