The KSC continues its fight against unlicensed operators: 10 new sites blocked
The KSC is intensifying its regulatory action and has placed 10 new unauthorized gambling platforms on its official blacklist this February 2026. A total of 28 sites have already been added to the list this month.
The Gaming Commission (KSC) continues its mission to protect consumers with renewed rigor. The list was updated on February 3 with 18 new blocked sites, and less than 10 days later, the regulator blocked an additional 10 sites.
With this new addition, the symbolic threshold of 800 blocked domain names has been crossed.
Which sites are targeted?
The Gaming Commission targets platforms that operate without holding the mandatory licenses (A+, B+, or F1+) to legally offer gambling services in Belgium.
The recently identified sites that are now inaccessible via local internet service providers (ISPs) are as follows:
- spinmacho.com
- 57spinmacho52.com
- casinospinmacho.com
- bassbet.com
- bassbet2.com
- casinia-3529.com
- slotmonkey.io
- starzino.com
- yep.casino
- metawin.com
A reinforced legal arsenal for 2026
Since January 1, 2026, 62 URLs have been added to the blacklist of illegal sites, which is 57 more URLs than during the same period in 2025, when only 5 illegal platforms joined the list.
The faster updating of the list can be explained by the various new tools available to the KSC:
- Article XVII.34/1 of the Code of Economic Law, which allows an operator to apply to the court to have an illegal site blocked.
- Dynamic injunctions that allow for the blocking of specific websites, as well as all variants that appear subsequently.
- Collaboration with DNS Belgium to detect fraudulent domains more quickly.
The dangers of illegal offers
Platforms like Starzino or Slotmonkey, although visually attractive, do not respect the protection mechanisms imposed by Belgian law.
- Absence of the EPIS system: these sites ignore the list of excluded persons, putting vulnerable players at risk.
- No guarantee of fair play: games may be manipulated or biased.
- Financial transactions are not guaranteed: and no legal recourse exists in the event of a dispute.
- Personal data at risk: illegal casinos do not comply with any regulations and may fraudulently exploit your personal data.
- Aggressive advertising: they often use prohibited marketing techniques to bypass restrictions on bonuses.
In addition to these risks, bettors who venture onto these sites expose themselves to a fine ranging from €208 to more than €25,000.
