Rabocse and Solid Software banned from the Swedish gaming market

Reading time: 2 minutes On 18 August 2025, Spelinspektionen, the Swedish gaming regulator, took regulatory action and formally banned two foreign providers: Rabocse SRL and Solid Software Solutions SRL. Their offence? Offering their products in Sweden without the required licence – a direct violation of consumer protection laws.
A clear, consistent strategy, executed without delay
According to Spelinspektionen, the two entities distributed their gaming products to Swedish consumers… without a licence. Both providers were ordered to immediately cease all activity targeting the Swedish market. This stance is not isolated: on several occasions, operators such as Goodwin NV and WinBet NV have been banned after targeting Swedish customers without a licence.

In Sweden, as with any strict regulation, offering unlicensed games is a violation of Chapter 3, Section 3 of the Gambling Act of 2018. No compromise can be accepted on this point. This text guarantees player safety, prevention against money laundering, and the integrity of the authorised market.
