Brussels students can study in a casino or football stadium

Anyone who studies in Brussels and has always wanted to study in a unique location now has the opportunity. In Brussels, the doors are opened to locations that you would not immediately think of. It’s something different than the local library. From May 13, students can visit 30 exclusive study rooms such as the stands of the Union football stadium, which has only just won the Belgian Cup and is still in the title race. Students are welcome as soon as the season ends. There are 15 seats in the stands where the sports commentators normally sit. The doors of this Study Space will open from June 3, which will certainly be very popular with football fans.

Or how about studying in the event space of the Viage casino?

Oasis of peace

Viage creates no fewer than 80 study places in their event space. Viage is known as Belgium’s largest casino and entertainment location. They also organize staff parties, company events, team building and you can also go there for countless performances. Even artists such as Prince and Eminem have already been reviewed.

For the occasion, Viage is transformed into an oasis of peace. Students can go to Anspachlaan every day from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. from May 13. There is air conditioning, which will please many students while studying in the summer.

“We are very happy with this new location. I believe that this will really become a popular study location”

Tessa Derden, project manager at Brik

Study Spaces

With this appropriate name, student organization Brik wants to inspire students to get started at a location of their choice. Curious about who else is included in this list? You will find all the information at studyspaces.brussels. Most locations open on May 13 and close on June 28.
