Blacklist: the October 2026 additions
The Belgian Gaming Commission (GC) took new decisions on 15 October 2026 concerning six gambling websites considered illegal in Belgium. The addresses concerned include kalshi.com, pro.kalshi.com and several online betting platforms.
The GC blacklist expands on 15 October
The Belgian Gaming Commission is continuing to update its list of illegal gambling websites blocked in Belgium. Following the major series of decisions taken in September, six new addresses have been added to the list, with a decision date of 15 October 2026.
This new series concerns the domains 30bet.com, booms.bet, igo.bet, chacha.bet, pro.kalshi.com and kalshi.com.
Their inclusion follows the 31 addresses targeted on 28 September and the 34 others covered by decisions taken on 17 September 2026.
Kalshi among the newly targeted addresses
One notable feature of this update is the simultaneous inclusion of two addresses associated with the Kalshi name: kalshi.com and pro.kalshi.com.
This follows the addition of Polymarket to the blacklist in January 2025. Prediction markets are attracting increasing attention from authorities.
How can you check whether a website appears on the blacklist?
For Belgian players, the GC’s official list makes it possible to identify domains considered illegal by the regulator. However, a website that does not appear on the blacklist should not automatically be considered authorised.
Always compare the URL of the website on which you want to play with a reliable source, such as our list of legal casinos in Belgium.
