Dinant: 52 players trapped in the Casino of Horror

As Halloween approaches, the Dinant Cultural Centre is once again turning into a huge horror-themed playground. After the first edition sold out as soon as it launched in 2025, the “Casino of Horror” returns on 30 and 31 October 2026 with three sessions.
A former casino transformed into a giant Halloween trap
In Dinant, the doors of the former casino are about to close on dozens of participants. Their mission? To escape before the countdown ends. For two hours, they will have to search for clues, decipher mysterious messages and solve a series of puzzles inside a building transformed for the occasion.
The “Casino of Horror” returns for a second edition at the Dinant Cultural Centre. Organised for Halloween, this immersive experience promises to plunge players into a disturbing story in which every discovery could bring them closer to the exit. The adventure will take place across several areas of the former casino, including its corridors, basement areas and auditorium.
This year, the organisers have also created more opportunities to take part in response to a level of success that surprised them during the first edition.
An unexpected success that convinced organisers to return
The story of the “Casino of Horror” began at Halloween 2025. For the occasion, the Dinant Cultural Centre organised a large-scale escape game inside the former casino.
The format immediately found its audience. As soon as the event was launched, all available places were taken. Faced with this enthusiasm, the Cultural Centre decided to repeat the experience in 2026 with three separate sessions.
“We decided to offer three game sessions, each of which can accommodate up to 52 players,” explains Laura Douxfils, press officer for the Dinant Cultural Centre, in an article published by Sudinfo on 13 October 2026.
Three sessions scheduled for 30 and 31 October 2026
The Dinant Cultural Centre has scheduled three sessions over two days, on the eve of Halloween and on Halloween itself.
The first session will take place on Friday, 30 October 2026 at 7 p.m. Two more sessions are scheduled for Saturday, 31 October, at 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Each session will have the same two-hour time limit, with a maximum capacity of 52 players. Participants must arrive ten minutes before the start of their session.
The announced price for this second edition is €15 per person.
The event will take place at the Dinant Cultural Centre, located at 37 rue Grande, 5500 Dinant, in the province of Namur.
