GC: Increases in the legal deposit limit can be reconsidered

After the implementation of BECRIS, the new platform linked to the Central Credit Registration, Belgian players no longer had the option to increase their weekly playing limit. This recently changed after the Gaming Commission announced that they had successfully integrated the new system.

The integration is ready

The Gaming Commission (GC) has just announced that they now have access to this new application and that it is once again possible to request an increase in their legal deposit limit. This puts an end to the wait for the entire gaming sector, which has not been able to deal with the increase in the deposit limit for a month. This left players hungry.

Requests will be processed again

All requests submitted between May 1 and today will be processed by the Gaming Commission and the backlog should be cleared quickly. Operators who had outstanding requests can resend them. Operators can therefore breathe a sigh of relief after a month of increased customer service activity.

“It is true that players came to support more with these questions, but the impact was not too bad. The players understood the situation so we can go back to the order of the day!”
