The Gaming Commission (GC) has amended the allocation of the URL linked to licence F1+116869, granted on 23 April 2026 to BELGISCHE PMU SA/NV. Initially associated with FamilySports.be, this licence is now linked to EliteSports.be.

A clear link to the Casino Elite brand
The choice of EliteSports.be could suggest that this future sports betting site is linked to Casino Elite, which is already operating in the Belgian market under a B+ licence, but there is no certainty. In an environment where advertising restrictions severely limit operators’ visibility, leveraging an existing brand becomes an advantage.
This is not the first time that the Gaming Commission has approved a change of URL after a licence has been granted. A notable precedent involves Meridian Casino. In that case, an initial URL had been approved before changing to a different address.
