On 25 June 2026, the Gaming Commission updated its list of illegal gambling sites blocked in Belgium. This official list aims to inform players and restrict access to unauthorised platforms.
A list designed to protect players
The Gaming Commission, the Belgian authority responsible for regulating the sector, maintains a blacklist of blocked illegal gambling sites. It identifies platforms that do not comply with the Belgian legal framework governing online gambling. It was updated on 25 June 2026 with 19 new sites.
When a player uses an illegal platform, they place themselves outside the framework regulated by the Belgian authorities. In the event of a dispute, a payment issue or an account being blocked, the options for redress can become very limited.
For players, the best course of action remains the same: check the official information before creating an account, depositing money or providing personal data.
